Waiting list

This service allows students to join the waiting list for driving lessons at ZED School.  We operate our waiting list on a subscription basis and we will notify you when you reach the top of the queue.  You will then be invited to register your licence details and book your first lesson.

We charge a very small subscription fee (£1 / month) to remain on our waiting list, and this is simply to encourage everyone to remove themselves from the list if they either find another instructor, or decide not to proceed.  Driving schools often experience problems with students signing up to the waiting list and then not removing themselves if they start learning elsewhere.  This causes unfair delays for students who are still on the waiting list, but who are not able to start learning because they are blocked or delayed by others.

When you start learning to drive with ZED School you will receive a gift card matching the full value of your waiting list subsciption fees, meaning that any waiting list fees will be reimbursed in full.

We understand that there is a shortage of driving instructors at the moment, and so we will completely understand if you choose to accept a place with another driving school.  You may cancel your subscription to the waiting list at any time, and you will not be charged any further.
