What will I need?
You will need:
- A driving licence that is valid to drive or learn in the UK. In most cases that will be a UK provisional licence (green photocard).
- We suggest that you start learning the rules of the road. The best way to do this is to study the Highway Code.
What will I be able to drive?
When you pass your test with ZED School, you will get a full UK automatic licence.
You will the be able to drive any car that is fitted with an automatic gearbox, whether it is electric or petrol/diesel fuelled.
What areas does ZED School cover?
We cover Haywards Heath, Burgess Hill, Cuckfield, Lindfield, Ditchling, and Hassocks.
How soon can I start?
We are accepting new students now. There is currently no waiting list.
I don't know anything about electric cars. Does that matter?
Nope! We will teach you everything you need to know.
Remember, you are simply learning to drive. The fact that you will be doing it in an electric vehicle is a bonus. It'll be cleaner, quieter, smoother, more environmentally-friendly, and you'll be learning how to drive the future of cars on the road.
What will it cost?
All of our standard lessons are priced at £40 / hour.
Standard lessons are available in either 60 minutes or 90 minutes duration.
Driving lesson bundles of 3, 5, or 10 lessons are available for both 60 and 90 minute lesson variants, offering a discounted way to pay. We also offer gift cards, enabling family and friends to support students throughout their driving tuition.
We also offer some specialist courses such as Pass Plus, which are individually priced.
We accept major credit & debit cards, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay.
