Do you offer intensive driving courses? |
No, we don't offer intensive courses at this time. We believe that our students learn to drive to a better standard by taking their time and learning over a course of weeks and months. |
Are the lessons automatic or manual? |
All of our lessons are automatic, because we teach in electric vehicles. |
If I learn to drive in an electric vehicle, will my licence allow me to drive anything else? | Yes absolutely! Upon passing your test with us, you will receive a licence to drive any car (EV or fossil) fitted with an automatic gearbox. |
Do you offer discounts for booking multiple lessons in one go? | Yes, please check out our "Standard Lesson Bundles" in the shop. You can choose how many lessons are in the bundle, and the length of the lessons. |
If I buy lessons in a bundle, do I have to book all of the dates in one go? | No, when you purchase a lesson bundle you will receive a bundle code. You can then redeem that code against individual bookings, so that you can book them at times that suit you. You can also use the 'manage my bookings' page to see how many lessons are left in your bundle, and book new dates from there. |
If I book a lesson using a bundle, and then decide I want to re-schedule or cancel the booking, is that OK? | Yes absolutely! You can re-schedule a lesson from a bundle in the normal way, up to 24 hours before the start time of the lesson. If you cancel a lesson from the bundle, the 'credit' is applied back to the bundle code so that you can re-book it later. |
Do you sell gift cards? | Not yet, but we plan to offer them soon. Keep an eye on our blog for future updates! |
Can I cancel or re-schedule my booking? | Certainly; please use the 'manage my bookings' to see all of your lesson bookings, and the click the “manage” button to make any changes that you require. (Lessons cannot be altered if they are due to start within 24 hours) |
