Introducing bundle bookings

What is a bundle?

ZED School now offers bundle bookings, allowing our customers to book a set of lessons in advance at a discounted price.  Please check out the bundle booking option in our shop, which can be found in the 'standard lesson' section.

How does it work?

When you purchase a bundle you can choose either 60 minute or 90 minute lessons, and you can choose how many lessons will be added to the bundle.  After making payment you will receive a bundle code by e-mail.  You can then return to the lesson booking page in the shop when you are ready to book the individual lessons in your bundle, enter the code, and you can then select your lesson time-slots using our calendar search feature.  For each lesson that you book from a bundle, a 'credit' will be deducted from your bundle code.

How can I track how many lessons are left in my bundle?

All bundle bookings can be managed from the "Manage my bookings" option in the menus.  From that page you can see your currently booked lessons, past lessons, cancelled lessons, and also information about how many bundles are currently applied to your account.  If you click on the bundle you will see how many lesson credits are remaining on that bundle, and you can choose to book a new lesson from that page.

Can I re-schedule a lesson booked with a bundle?

Yes.  Just navigate to the "manage my bookings page", click on the lesson you wish to change, and then press the re-schedule button.  You can then choose a new date from the calendar, and even change the pick-up and drop-off locations if you would like to.

Can I cancel a lesson booked as part of a bundle?

Yes, of course!  Just navigate to the "manage my bookings page", click on the lesson you wish to cancel, and then press the cancel button.  The lesson will be credited back to the original bundle code.

Can I share bundle bookings with another student?

No, bundle bookings apply to your account only.  They cannot be shared.
